Raise Your Frequency

My friend Shannon gifted me this beautiful bracelet. It’s made of Rhodonite, Rhodochrosite, and Sandalwood. Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, the Sandalwood beads are porous and absorb essential oil, making it a perfect diffuser bracelet.

The oil I chose today is called Gratitude. This oil blend is designed to elevate the spirit, calm emotions and foster a grateful attitude. I really like the sound of elevating the spirit.

I’m slowly learning (I know, I’m a little late to the party on this one) that thoughts are energy, and this energy radiates from us into the world around us. Every thought we have creates a frequency that becomes part of our personal energy field.

The higher our frequency, the LIGHTER we feel — physically, emotionally and mentally. And the more positive things we draw into our life. Think about it. Who are you more drawn to? Someone who is negative and critical; or someone who radiates joy and peace? When it comes to energy, like attracts like. So, if we’re living at high frequencies, we’ll attract people, circumstances and things that are also high frequency.

The good news is, there are lots of ways to increase our frequency. Certainly things like meditation and yoga. But there are also fun, practical ones like:
* Listening to music, singing and dancing
* Spending time with animals
* Being out in nature
* Laughing
* Hugging
* Practicing gratitude (hence the oil choice)

Another easy way to increase our frequency is to use pure essential oils. Clinical research shows that pure essential oils have the highest frequencies of any measured natural substance. Oils such as rose, helichrysum, frankincense and Idaho blue spruce are especially high, but all essential oils will increase our frequency.

Raise your frequency, feel lighter.
